Fast Moves Travel & Tourism L.L.C is a travel and tourism company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, offering flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa assistance, group tours, airport transfers, and related travel services.
2. Bookings and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant airline, hotel, or service provider.
- A booking is only confirmed once full or partial payment (as applicable) has been received and a confirmation has been issued by us.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all personal details (name, passport information, travel dates, etc.) provided at the time of booking are accurate. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by the client.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Prices may vary due to airline fare changes, hotel rate changes, currency fluctuations, or government-imposed taxes/fees.
- Full payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept payment via the methods specified on our Site or by our team.
4. Visa Services
- We assist clients with visa applications; however, the approval of any visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant government or embassy authority.
- We do not guarantee visa approval, and any fees paid for visa processing are non-refundable in the event of rejection, unless otherwise stated.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation required for visa processing.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, tour operator, or service provider involved and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Refunds, where applicable, may be subject to cancellation charges imposed by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) as well as our own service fees.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party supplier policies.
- No-shows and late cancellations may not be eligible for any refund.
6. Amendments
- Any changes to confirmed bookings (dates, names, destinations, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from the airline, hotel, or supplier, as well as an amendment fee.
7. Travel Documents and Requirements
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for their trip.
- We recommend checking passport validity (commonly a minimum of 6 months beyond travel dates) and destination-specific entry requirements before booking.
- We are not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or deportation resulting from insufficient or invalid travel documentation.
8. Travel Insurance
- We recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Unless explicitly stated, travel insurance is not automatically included in our packages.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Fast Moves Travel & Tourism L.L.C acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies, etc.).
- We are not liable for cancellations, delays, overbookings, schedule changes, service failures, loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party suppliers, acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
- Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, or airline/supplier disruptions.
11. Website Use
- Content on this Site is for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.
- You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious software, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Fast Moves Travel & Tourism L.L.C unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
13. Governing Law
